My paper ‘Direct Address as Violence: Effacing and Re-Asserting the Self in Performances and Adaptations of Shakespeare’s Plays’ will be part of the seminar The Ethics of “Racechange” in Performance, Adaptations and Tradaptations of Shakespeare’s Plays, for the European Shakespeare Research Association Conference in July 2023.

I will be speaking at Queen’s University Belfast in June 2023, from the final chapter of my book: ‘On Endings: Carceral Feminism and Shakespeare’s Measure for Measure’.
